I was kind of in a rush when I checked out Ryde Technology’s site, but it was really easy to get around. The design looks clean and modern without feeling overdone, and there wasn’t a bunch of clutter slowing me down. Nice, simple layout that made it easy to find my way...

My experience with Ryde Technology’s account management has been kinda Mixed overall. Nothing was a total disaster, but it also didn’t feel as easy as I expected.
Getting my account set up was simple, but when I needed to change a few details, it took longer than it should have. Support did get back to me, just not always quickly, and I ended up having to explain the same issue Twice, which was a bit annoying.
Once everything was finally sorted, it worked fine, so I can’t complain too much. The account side just feels a little clunky and could use some polishing. Not Bad, not amazing either, so 3 stars feels fair.

"Pairing was a little frustrating"
It works fine once it’s connected, at least from what I can tell. The pairing process was kind of a hassle though, I had to try a few times, and I’m sure the connection dropped once during setup. It’s not a huge deal, but I feel like it could definitely be a bit smoother

It’s definitely fast enough once it gets going, but the acceleration feels a little weak to me. Not a dealbreaker, just wish it had a bit more kick off the start!

I found the site really simple to use. I didn’t run into any confusing steps, everything loaded smoothly for me, and I was able to get what I needed done quickly. From my experience, I’d definitely use it again.

"Easy enough to carry, but storage is a liiittle annoying"
I picked this up mostly because it looked like it’d be easy to take around, it is portable. It’s not too heavy and it fits in my car boot just fine, so that part’s been great. The only thing is storing it at home is kind of a painnnn. It still takes up more room than I thought it would. The folding bit works okay, but it’s not always super smooth. Overall, it does the job, I just wish it was a bit neater to put away
"Decent when it works"
The app is mostly fine for checking rides, but it does get laggy here and there. A couple of times it crashed right when I was trying to book, which isn’t exactly what you want when you’re trying to get somewhere.

It has most of the features I was looking for and it’s been working fine so far. I’m usually a bit cautious about relying on something until I’ve tested it properly, and there are still a few little things I wish it had. But overall, it feels dependable enough and does what I need

I’ve had a good experience overall and there are definitely things I like about it. That said, I really wish the safety updates were more consistent and improved more often, because that’s something I expected to be stronger. Still, it has a lot of potential and I’d be happy to keep using it if they put more focus on safety going forward.

"Pretty decent, just a little hit or miss"
Ryde Technology is usually there when I need it, which is good. I mean, most of the time it works fine. But I have noticed a few random slowdowns here and there, and there have been a couple short outages too. Nothing that totally ruined my day or anything, just... yeah, it doesn’t always feel 100% reliable every single time.

I booked my scooter in with Ryde Technology for some maintenance it was such an easy experience. They gave everything a proper check, sorted out a small brake issue, and had it back to me quicker than I expected, which was a lovely surprise. The price felt fair too. Really happy with the service overall, no hassle, no stress, just a great job.

"Comfortable enough for my standards"
I’m particular about comfort on longer rides, and this one felt really smooth and easy the whole time. The seat was more comfortable than I expected, which made a big difference. I don’t really have any complaints

I ordered from ryde-technology and overall it went okay. The tracking worked fine and the package showed up in good condition, with nothing missing or damaged. It did arrive a day later than the original estimate, which was annoying, even if it wasn’t the end of the world. I contacted customer service and they replied quickly, but the response felt a little dismissive, like the delay wasn’t really worth acknowledging. I’d probably order from them again, but I do hope they’re a bit more accurate with delivery times next time.
